We are thrilled to announce that the GREENO2 Cultural Contest has officially come to a close – and we have a winner!

Green roofs are increasingly recognised as one of the most effective nature-based solutions available to higher education institutions. They help reduce energy consumption, mitigate urban heat and flooding, restore biodiversity in dense city environments, and create new spaces for research, learning and well-being on campus. Initiatives like the GREENO2 Contest exist precisely to celebrate this kind of creativity and environmental awareness within our university communities – and to inspire more of it.
