The City from above: Green Roofs and Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Friday, April 10 – GREENO2 European Project
Cities are transforming from the top down. Green roofs, water management, and biodiversity are now essential infrastructures for making urban spaces more resilient.
Join us for an exciting event presenting the results of the GREENO2 project – co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme – and engage in a dialogue between universities, public authorities, environmental professionals, and citizens interested in ecological transition and urban regeneration.
GREENO2 works alongside initiatives such as RealUrbanGreen, URWAN, and Horti Urbis, all focused on Nature-based Solutions (NbS) and urban resilience.
During the event, the GREENO2 training programme will be presented, highlighting opportunities for higher education institutions, students, and professionals to develop skills in green roofs, environmental innovation, and sustainable urban space management.
Part of the Festival of Landscape 2026, this event is an open forum connecting research, projects, and community engagement.
Who should attend: Students, researchers, academics, urban planners, architects, environmental professionals, public administration representatives, and anyone interested in urban sustainability and biodiversity.
